What is h3cBpaSrcOrDest?
This read-create object selects which IP address BGP policy accounting relies on for classifying traffic: source(1), destination(2), or both(3), defaulting to destination. An admin configures this to determine whether accounting statistics are broken out by the source IP, destination IP, or both, matching how they want to analyze BGP-policy-classified traffic. Setting it to both(3) would make BPA accounting consider both the source and destination IP addresses of each packet when classifying it.
