What is connectionsReleaseCompleteReason?

This OID reports the numeric reason code for why an H.225 RELEASE COMPLETE was generated or received on this connection, such as 34 for noBandwidth (no circuit/channel available), 3 for unreachableDestination, or 111 for noPermission. An admin uses this code, together with the callReleaseComplete notification that carries the same values, to diagnose why a specific call was torn down.
