What is onuToPonBindingEnable?
Enables or disables binding an authenticated ONU to the specific PON port it first registered on, so it cannot silently reappear and be re-authenticated on a different PON port; the source MIB's own DESCRIPTION for this object is empty, so this reading is inferred from the object's name and its placement alongside the ONU-authentication objects. An admin enables this to detect or block an ONU (or its MAC/LOID credentials) being physically moved to an unauthorized port.
