Description: not zero if secondary Power available
What is etsSecPowAvail?
This read-only integer reports whether secondary (backup) power is available to the device, with any non-zero value indicating availability per the description. It lets an admin confirm the redundant power path is healthy even while the device is normally running on primary power. For example, seeing a value of 0 here would warn that the backup power feed has failed, leaving the device without redundancy if primary power is lost.
