OID (symbolic): GIGAswitchEthernet-MIB::gsEVirtualSwitchPortBindingType
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.36.2.18.39.7.4.1.1.4

Description: The method by which this switch port was bound to the VLAN. If the value is static(1), the binding was manually created by the administrator. If the value is persistent(2), the binding was created by the switch because the VLAN is the port-based VLAN for the switch port, or the switch port VLAN Binding Method is persistent. These bindings may not be removed. If the value is dynamic(3), the binding was created by the switch as a result of receiving a tagged frame on the switch port with a VLAN ID corresponding to the VLAN.
What is gsEVirtualSwitchPortBindingType?
Reports how this port-to-VLAN binding was created: static(1) means an admin manually created it, persistent(2) means the switch auto-created it because the VLAN is the port's default VLAN or its binding method is persistent (these can't be removed), and dynamic(3) means it was auto-created because a tagged frame for that VLAN arrived on the port.
