Description: When this object is set to enable(1), a Topology Change Notification will be generated when this port goes to Blocking or Forwarding (if the port is a designated port). When set to disable(2), no Topology Change Notification will be generated for this port.
What is gsEBridgePortEnableChangeDetection?
Controls whether this port's Blocking/Forwarding transitions (when it's a designated port) generate STP Topology Change Notifications. Admins disable this on a port expected to flap normally and harmlessly, e.g. a user desktop port, to avoid triggering unnecessary topology-change churn across the network.
