Description: The present output power factor. The returned value correspond to the cosf of the load. A positive value indicate an inductive load; a negative value indicate a capacitive load; value 1 indicate a resistive load. If the measure is not available due to a small load for a consistent calculation, the NA value is then returned.(*)
What is upsOutputPowerFactorgen?
The present output power factor (cos phi times 100) on this line: a positive value means an inductive load, a negative value a capacitive load, and 1 a purely resistive load; if the load is too small for a reliable reading, an 'NA' value is returned instead. It helps characterize what kind of equipment the UPS is powering and whether the load profile is efficient.
