What is uas7624LedStatus?

This 2-byte bitmask reports the front-panel LED states, decoded differently depending on whether the addressed line is a loop (lines 1-4, where each 2-bit field shows solid green/solid red/flashing green per loop) or the T1 line (line 5, where individual bits flag AIS, LOS, LOF, alarm, and test-mode LEDs). An admin reads this to remotely see the same status a technician would see by looking at the front panel, without needing physical access to the chassis.
