Description: Object to select loop and channel transmit data elastic buffer for DC610 and DC612 only.

What is bqlTXDataElasticBufr?

Controls whether the transmit-data elastic buffer is enabled on a DC610 or DC612 loop/channel, which absorbs small timing differences between the DTE clock and the network clock. An admin enables this when the connected DTE's transmit clock isn't perfectly synchronized to the network, to avoid data slips.
