What is bqlSC616LEDStatus?
A 3-byte bitmask mirroring the SC616's front-panel LEDs, with each bit indicating test mode, alarm, line loopback, or send/receive data transitions for each of the unit's three loops and their two channels. An admin polls this to check the unit's front-panel indicator state remotely, without needing to be physically at the equipment.
