What is bqlRTSCTSDelayTime?
Sets the specific RTS-to-CTS turnaround delay, from 0 to 75 milliseconds in 5 ms steps, applied on a DC610 or DC612 loop/channel when bqlRTSCTSDelay is enabled. An admin tunes this value to match the specific turnaround timing a connected DTE device requires before it starts sending data.
