What is bqlRTSCTSDelay?
Controls whether a delay is inserted between RTS being asserted and CTS being returned on a DC610 or DC612 loop/channel. An admin enables the delay (paired with bqlRTSCTSDelayTime) to accommodate DTE equipment that needs extra turnaround time before it starts transmitting.
