What is bqlNumberofValidIntervals?
Reports how many of the loop's 96 possible 15-minute performance intervals currently hold valid collected data. An admin checks this before trusting a full day of historical stats, since a recently reset or newly installed loop may only have a handful of valid intervals so far.
