What is bqlMasterTXClkSrc?

Selects which internal clock source, XTC1 or XTC2, the SC616 loop uses as its master transmit clock. An admin sets this when synchronizing multiple loops to a common timing reference, choosing whichever crystal/clock source is designated as the network timing master.
