Description: The number of ES, BES, SES, and UAS encountered by an ISDN interface in one of the previous 96, individual 15 minute, intervals. This is a count of one-second intervals during which service is not available.
What is bqlIntervalStats?
A packed 12-byte octet string bundling the ES, BES, SES, and UAS counts for one specific historical 15-minute interval into a single object. An admin's monitoring tool retrieves this one object per interval instead of four separate counters when pulling historical performance data.
