Description: A number between 1 and 96, where 1 is the most recently completed 15 minute interval and 96 is the least recently completed 15 minute inter- val (assuming that all 96 intervals are valid).
What is bqlIntervalNumber?
A number from 1 to 96 identifying which of the previous completed 15-minute intervals a historical statistics entry covers, where 1 is the most recently completed interval and 96 is the oldest (assuming all 96 are valid). An admin uses this to walk back through the last 24 hours of performance history for a given loop.
