What is bqlInbandRTSDCD?
Controls whether in-band RTS/DCD signaling is enabled for a DC610 or DC612 loop/channel, letting RTS and DCD states be carried within the data stream rather than out-of-band. An admin enables this for DTE equipment that expects RTS/DCD handshaking to travel inband over the digital circuit.
