Description: The number of ES, BES, ESE and UAS encountered by an ISDN interface in the current 15 minute interval. This is a count of one-second intervals during which service is not available.
What is bqlCurrentStats?
A packed 12-byte octet string bundling the ES, BES, SES, and UAS counts for this ISDN interface's current 15-minute interval into a single object. An admin's monitoring tool can pull this one object to get all four current-interval counters in one SNMP request instead of four separate gets.
