What is bqlConfigChnlIndex?
The channel-number portion (channel1 or channel2) of the index into the per-loop configuration table, identifying which of the two data channels on a loop this configuration entry applies to. An admin uses this alongside bqlConfigIndex to pinpoint exactly which loop/channel combination a given RTS, timeout, or buffering setting affects.
