What is bqlAntiStream?
Controls whether anti-streaming protection is enabled on a DC610 or DC612 loop/channel, which guards against a stuck RTS/transmitter from continuously streaming data onto the line. An admin enables this to prevent a malfunctioning DTE device from monopolizing the shared line indefinitely.
