What is cmnAlarmMaskIndex?
This object is the index value uniquely identifying the interface or unit to which an alarm mask table entry applies. An admin uses this, together with cmnAlarmMaskIdentifier, to look up or change the masking state of a specific alarm on a specific interface. For example, index 1 might represent the overall chassis unit whose alarms can be individually masked via this table.
