What is uas7616LocalUAS?
This read-write setting (disabled, enabledMajor, enabledMinor) controls whether Unavailable Seconds on a loop drive the shelf's backplane Major or Minor alarm bus. An admin sets this to enabledMajor on business-critical circuits so sustained unavailability lights the shelf's major-alarm indicator.
