What is uas7616LEDStatus?

This 3-byte OCTET STRING reports the state of every front-panel LED on the 7616 card, packed as 2-bit color codes (green active, red solid, red flashing) per loop/channel plus single bits for alarm, test-mode, in-service, timing-source, and management-response indicators. A technician would read this remotely to see the same status a person standing at the shelf would see just by looking at the card's lights.
