This 14-byte OCTET STRING packs the current day's running performance snapshot for a loop: loop ID plus bitwise counts (up to millions) of Errored Seconds, Severely Errored Seconds, Unavailable Seconds, and FEBE accumulated so far today. An admin checks this mid-day to see whether a loop is trending toward a bad-day threshold before the 24-hour period closes.
