What is sc553NetworkAdminLineBuildout?
Read-write setting choosing the transmit line build-out (attenuation) on the network side, from auto-detection down to manual settings of 0, -7.5, -15, or -22.5 dB; only meaningful when sc553NetworkInterfaceType is set to ds1.
