What is gbStatsPeakOutConns?

This read-only value reports the peak number of outbound connections the appliance has handled since counters were last reset. Admins use it to understand the historical maximum outbound load the device has faced, useful for capacity planning focused on outbound traffic spikes. A peak outbound value much higher than the current outbound count tells the admin the appliance has previously handled far more outbound load than it is under currently.
