What is gbHighAvailabilityMode?

This read-only value reports the device's high-availability state: 0 disabled, 1 init mode, 2 slave mode, or 3 master mode. Admins monitor it to confirm an HA pair's roles are correctly assigned and to detect an unexpected failover. A value of 3 on a unit the admin expected to be secondary alerts them that a failover has occurred and that unit is now acting as HA master.
