Description: The total number of cells that are lost at aggregation output in the downstream direction from a bonding group for the accumulation interval.
What is gBondAtmDownRxCellLossCount?
This read-only counter reports the total number of ATM cells lost at the aggregation output in the downstream direction from a bonding group during the current accumulation interval, per G.998.1. Admins monitor it as the downstream counterpart to gBondAtmUpRxCellLossCount to detect cell loss on the downstream bonded ATM stream. For example, a sudden spike in gBondAtmDownRxCellLossCount could indicate one of the bonded downstream lines has degraded or dropped out.
