What is snmpComm2ViewPermission?
This read-create value (default readWrite(2) for the factory-defined entries) sets whether a community can only GET, readOnly(1), or also SET, readWrite(2), within its mapped view. An admin sets a monitoring-only community to readOnly(1) so it cannot accidentally or maliciously change configuration.
