What is agentSwitchIpVlanRoutingStatus?
RowStatus controlling whether routing is enabled for a static VLAN: active(1) enables routing on the VLAN, createAndGo(4) adds a new entry for routing, and destroy(6) removes the VLAN from the routing table. An admin turning up inter-VLAN routing for a newly created VLAN would set this to createAndGo(4).
