Description: Resets the units statistics. A (1) resets the unit, a (2) does nothing.

What is miscStatisticsReset?

Setting this to 1 clears the switch's accumulated traffic statistics counters (such as packet and error counts); setting it to 2 (noop) leaves them untouched. Admins use this to zero out counters before starting a fresh monitoring baseline, for example after a troubleshooting change.
