Description: The port will add this vlan id tag to any incoming packet which is lacking a vlan id tag.
What is configPortDefaultVlanId?
This sets the VLAN ID (1-4094) that a port will tag onto any incoming untagged packet. Admins configure this as the port's native/default VLAN so untagged traffic entering that port is automatically placed into the correct VLAN.
