Description: This structure is used to store the RPT entry information. The ResourceCapabilities field definies the capabilities of the resource. This field must be non-zero for all valid resources. The ResourceTag field is an informational value that supplies the caller with naming information for the resource. This should be set to the user-visible name for a resource, which can be used to identify the resource in messages to a human operator. For example, it could be set to match a physical printed label attached to the primary entity which the resource manages. See section 5.2.6, SaHpiResourceTagSet(), on page 33.
