Description: This variable indicates whether the system produces the frDLCIStatusChange trap.

What is frTrapState?

Enables or disables whether this device sends the frDLCIStatusChange trap when a PVC's state changes, defaulting to disabled; an admin turns it on to get proactive notification of PVCs going up or down instead of having to poll.
