Description: This trap indicates that the indicated Virtual Circuit has changed state. It has either been created or invalidated, or has toggled between the active and inactive states. If, however, the reason for the state change is due to the DLCMI going down, per-DLCI traps should not be generated.

Send this trap to an SNMP manager — replace <manager> with the IP or hostname of your monitoring server (SNMPv2c):
