What is snVLanCARConformAction?
This object reports the action taken on traffic that conforms to (falls within) this rate-limit entry: drop it, transmit it normally, continue evaluating subsequent rate limits, or rewrite the IP precedence before transmitting or continuing evaluation. Admins configure this to define what happens to well-behaved traffic under this policy, which is usually to transmit it. For example, a conform action of precedXmit would rewrite conforming packets' IP precedence value and then transmit them, useful for marking traffic as higher priority once confirmed within rate.
