What is snRtIpFilterQosPriority?
This sets the QoS priority level (0 through 7) applied to packets matching this filter when its action is qosEnabled. Admins raise this to a higher level, e.g. level6 or level7, for a filter matching latency-sensitive traffic like voice, so it gets forwarded ahead of best-effort traffic.
