Description: clear(1) will clear arp cache table.
What is snRtClearArpCache?
Setting this object to clear(1) flushes the router's ARP cache table, forcing it to relearn IP-to-MAC mappings via fresh ARP requests. Admins use this after a network change, such as replacing a device's NIC, to immediately clear a stale ARP entry instead of waiting for it to age out.
