Description: The number of seconds that a router's Hello packets have not been seen before it's neighbors declare the router down. This should be some multiple of the Hello interval. This value must be the same for the virtual neighbor.

What is snOspfVirtIfRtrDeadInterval?

How many seconds of silence from a neighbor's Hello packets this virtual-link interface tolerates before declaring that neighbor down; it should be a multiple of the Hello interval and match across the segment. This applies to an OSPF virtual link rather than a physical interface, since virtual links have no port or area-id fields of their own. A common pairing is a 40-second dead interval with a 10-second Hello interval.
