Description: An ip rip global filter list, of which each octet contains a filter ID number that forms a group of filters. A valid entry in the snRtIpRipRouteFilterTable with the corresponding filter ID number (i.e. snRtIpRipRouteFilterId) must have been created before a filter list is initialized. NULL string will be returned if there are no entries of this kind.
