What is snAgAclSourceOperand2?
A second source port value (0-65535) used together with snAgAclSourceOperand1 for range-style port comparisons on TCP/UDP, or, for ICMP rules, this field instead conveys the ICMP message Type (e.g. 8=echo request, 0=echo reply); 0 means not applicable.
