What is snRtATPortSeedRouter?
This read-only OID reports whether the port was configured as an AppleTalk seed router (which announces the network/zone configuration) or a non-seed router (which learns it from a seed). It tells an admin which device is authoritative for a segment's AppleTalk network numbering.
