What is fnTrapPowerSupplyFailure?
This object defines an SNMP notification (trap) that is sent when a power supply in a Fortinet security appliance fails or is detected as faulty, available only on models with redundant power supplies. This trap is critical for alerting administrators to hardware failures. An operations center would configure monitoring to receive and respond to this trap.
Examples
Send this trap to an SNMP manager — replace <manager> with the IP or hostname of your monitoring server (SNMPv2c):
