What is fnTrapCpuThreshold?

This notification fires when a Fortinet FortiGate security appliance's CPU utilization exceeds an administratively configured threshold. The alert includes the device serial number and hostname to identify which device is under load. Operators react to this by investigating CPU-intensive processes and either optimizing policies or upgrading hardware to prevent performance degradation.
