Description: The maximum number of flows allowed in the meter's flow table. At present this is determined when the meter is first started up.
What is flowMaxFlows?
Reports the maximum number of flows the meter's flow table can hold, fixed at meter startup. An admin uses this fixed ceiling alongside flowActiveFlows to gauge remaining headroom.
