What is lseGroupBackBone?
Enables Backbone Mode on this LAN-switch (LSE) module, where port roles are fixed for pass-through traffic: on the lse208, the upper subgroup (ports 1-4) becomes receive-only and the lower subgroup becomes transmit-only to the line; on the lse808, port 1 is receive-only from the line, port 2 is transmit-only, and the remaining ports operate in normal 10BaseT mode. An admin enables this specifically when using an LSE208 or LSE808 module as a dedicated backbone repeater rather than a normal multi-port hub.
