Description: State of the ISTC/IFTC modules.
What is itrModuleState?
Reports the state of an ISTC/IFTC module: oper(1) (operational), load(2) (loading), setup(3) (being configured), or notSupported(255). An admin waits for oper(1) after a reset or firmware load before expecting the module to pass traffic normally.
