What is genGroupCommStatus?
Reports the SNMP-agent-observed communication status of this module: ok(1), commProblems(2), noCommunication(3), or notSupported(255). An admin treats noCommunication(3) as a sign the module may be seated improperly or has failed, since the agent can't reach it at all.
