Description: This attribute enables the user to reset the agent.
What is chFbrAgReset?
Setting this to on(1) resets the agent card itself (distinct from chReset, which resets the whole chassis). An admin uses this to recover a single misbehaving agent without disrupting other modules in the chassis.
