This read-create RowStatus object controls creation, modification, or deletion of a row in the RADIUS server table; once a row is in the active(1) state, no other object in that row can be modified except this one. An admin uses it as the final step when provisioning a new RADIUS server entry, setting it to createAndGo or active after populating the address, ports, and key. For example, an admin who needs to change the authentication port on an already-active server row must first set this to notInService before the port value can be edited.
